FAQShort transmitting distance and sound drops out.
1. Please keep away from walls or big objects, because it may reduce the range;
2. Move other working wireless devices away from the transmitter and audio devices.
No sound at all even though it is connected?
1. Make the headset as your default audio device.
2. Restart the media player.
3. Connect the transmitter to the other USB port of the PC.
4. Some laptops do not have stereo Bluetooth drivers. More information please see the manual of your PC. Or you can use the BlueSoleil software which you can download from www.bluesoleil.com.
How to repair the wireless connection??
1. Press and hold the power button for about 8 seconds until the green LED light starts to blink quickly.
2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your device, and set it to search for the headset.
3. Select Rapoo device.
4. Enter password “0000” to pair.
5. The green LED light blinks slowly when Bluetooth has connected successfully. Note: 1.Some Bluetooth devices don't need a password for the connection. 2.The Bluetooth headset will save the connected device automatically, you don’t have to pair it again.
Can not turn on my device?
1.Make sure you turn it on properly (Please refer to the Quick start guide).
2.Charge the device.
No sound at all?
1. Make sure the wireless connection is successful.
2.2.Charge the device.
3. Make the device as your default audio device. You can increase the speaker volume and the microphone volume from “adjust audio properties” of PC.
