Warranty

Harmony warrants to Company that the Products shall:
Provide a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment to Company at the address specified in the applicable Purchase Order;
be manufactured in strict accordance with the specifications, as per quote sheet supplied by Supplier and all other instructions, specifications, and parameters communicated by both party from time to time;
contain adequate instructions to ensure safe operation and warning to prevent injury to users and their property;
